Do you want tooltips on fields such as edit controls, or do you want
tooltips in an isigraph/isidraw?
If you don't want tooltips on isigraph/isidraw, you can use the JQt
tooltip feature, which allows a tooltip on any control. Just set the
tooltip using wd 'set...' . J8.03+

There is a hover script I found by doing a search of jsoftware.com

...but this script is short on details on how to run it, or in what
context it should be run.
I have not seen any example of where this script is used.
