There's this from Oleg to plot points as cubes in space - http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/RE%20Boss/J-blog/3d%20plot - and this generalization of that idea: jwiki/Scripts/Plot%203D. Here's something I have not looked at in a long time, but it purports to allow interactive manipulation of a 3D graph: /jwiki/NYCJUG/2009-02-10/plot3DInteractive.ijs . We had a discussion about using Google's webGL for interactive 3D graphing at NYCJUG: jwiki/NYCJUG/2012-04-11 .
Finally, there's some work I've done using the JavaScript d3 addon to produce an interactive 3D scatterplot, presented at NYCJUG here - jwiki/NYCJUG/2013-06-11#Primitive_3D_Interactive_Scatterplot_Using_d3.js and some more detail in a PDF there: jwiki/NYCJUG/2013-06-11?action=AttachFile&do=view&target=Primitive+3D+Interactive+Scatterplot+Using+d3.pdf .
