[Jprogramming] Neural Net Lab... Did it exist?

I'm pretty sure I'm not imaging this, didn't J Labs contain a neural net / 
Machine learning lab?In J803 it doesn't seem to exist.Does it exist for 
previous versions? If so, could someone let me know which J versions have it?
