(perhaps report bugs to the general forum) gdlines should work, the gdpen 10 0 in that frame should be gdpen 10 1 because the numeric value had changed in J8. Also the verb int01 might be i. (just wild guess).
The graph package was written many years ago and not maintained, apparently its artifact can only be found inside labs.
