[Jprogramming] Debug in the new beta

The new J8.04 beta release fixes the problems that were plaguing Debug. 
 If Debug crashes were getting you down, give it another try.

The Debug fixes also mean that the J By Point And Click lab can run from 
end to end with Ctrl+J honored in any window.
