The responses all helped! ANSYS starts from a launcher and is not on
the path. Adding that helped, as did cderr. Since hugging is neither
appropriate nor reasonably possible, I offer instead my j version of the
unix strings program used to find the names of functions in the library
as well as the names of the dlls required by the ANSYS binlib library.
