Many years ago there was an HTML utility in J 6.x that rendered J code as HTML.
As I recall this utility did not use CSS which limited its utility and it was eventually dropped. I am interested in converting J code to HTML for inclusion in blog posts. I built a special version of pandoc: https://bakerjd99.wordpress.com/2012/09/20/pandoc-based-j-syntax-highlighting/ That achieved this but I don't like using another programming language for what is essentially a J utility.
