Olivier, you could try to google "offline website cache tool" or “free website
downloader” for possible solutions, several are designed for specific pages you
want to set aside for later reading when offline.

You require the reference material offline and clickable (not just specific
pages or articles), so I think you would need a website downloader, and
htttrack (GPL licence) although old, seems favoured (I have no experience with
it).
See this youtube article that shows a sample for someone downloading a C++ web
tutorial for later review and also the htttrack URL (supports Linux/OSX also,
and has an Android version (last updated early 2015 it seems):

You need to ensure you are not infringing the JSoftware site principles in
doing this (for offline access to the reference materials I suspect you are
OK), Eric might confirm.
