Further note: gethttp uses the instance of curl installed in addons/web/gethttp/bin/curl.exe
Currently, this is being built without libssl support, which is why gethttp fails with https urls. This probably should be fixed, given how prevalent https is becoming (boosted by hostile activities on the internet, and the general tendency of people to not know how to deal with that).
