I don't understand lexical vs dynamical scoping, but yes: nouns are put
on the stack as values, while everything else is put on the stack as a name.

One thing not obvious from the wiki page is how adverbs and conjunctions
behave. I just tested it and it seemed that they behaved like verbs. Is it
correct to say that nouns are lexical scoped and others are dynamical scoped?
