In the past I could view all my files in JHS.  There were times that seeing the 
results in another setting helped to clarify certain points.  The console 
simply allowed you to go the any file and see the results on your browser.  It 
seemed like a good feature.

Do you have  to  write different code now in order to see the results on the 
browser?

ide>files are recent files you have accessed. If this is a new install,
then there are no recent files.

Use ide>jijs and create a new file. You should then see that file in
ide>files.
