Thanks to all who answered! I am ultimately interested in building a Markov chain Monte Carlo simulation and I suppose I could simply make it explicit, but I suppose the real way would be to figure out the proper way to use ranking and tacitness.
That said can anyone point me to some good J machine learning and simulation resources?
