If you intend to develop standalone iOS apps, then you
don't need cross platform support. In such case, I think
it is easier to write in C (or Objective C?) which call
libj.dylib or even static linked J into the apps. As
such apps do not have a J Session window therefore not
classified as general programming language apps that
prohibited by AppStore.
