Hi Devon, In the jqt menu try Help | Studio | QT Demos... and then select controls from the drop down list.
Clicking "Okay" will run the form showing a number of different controls including radio buttons. To see behind the scenes there is also a "View Source" button at Help | Studio | QT Demos....
