If you don't want to write a new function when you want to insert
something else, you can do like this:
Amend=:([:>[:{.[)`([:>[:{:[)`] }
(42;1) Amend 1 2 3
1 42 3
(41;2) Amend 0 1 2
0 1 41
(41 42;1 2) Amend 0 1 2
0 41 42
