Pascal, Interesting. You are on the right track. That is, you need the right mscrxxx.dll for your system.
Look at lib_jzmq_ and you will see that it has hard wired: "c:/program files/zeromq 4.0.4/bin/libzmq-v120-mt-4_0_4.dll" There are probably other dll files in the "zeromq 4.0.4" folder built with other mscr versions. Take a look and see if setting lib_jzmq_ to another lib helps. Please let us know what you find.
