As Bill has pointed out the fix for that bug will be in the 807 beta.

The problem with stable releases is that there has to be a cut off that
marks between stable and beta. We decided that bug, which showed up late to
the party, did not warrant the overhead of building and testing the release
packages and delaying the release by several more days.

The 807 beta program will start fairly soon and that bug fix, as well as
others, as well as new features will be available.
