actually, no. Rank 0 verbs try to match their nouns across the first
dimensions of those nouns.

So, for example:

   A=: (5#2)#:i.5
   B=: (5#2)#:i.2 5
   $A
5 5
   $B
2 5 5
   A=B
|length error
|   A    =B
   A="2 B
1 1 1 1 1
1 1 1 1 1
1 1 1 1 1
1 1 1 1 1
1 1 1 1 1

1 1 0 1 0
1 1 0 0 0
1 1 0 1 0
1 0 1 0 0
1 0 0 1 0

(The first table in B is identical to A, and the second one is
different. Using A="2 B you can see where they are same and where they
are different. If you want to compare those tables as a whole, you'd
want A-:"2 B)
