​Looking at the Chapter 44 example. I see that the major title of "Catalan
Numbers" in the original​ is shown as very small text, easily overlooked.
But shouldn't this should be included in the title at the top, or at least
more noticeable as this is what the chapter is about. Is this how the
original titles are to be handled?
