Bo, I don't remember details about 805, but am pretty sure we've never had a license screen while downloading. Perhaps some anti-virus thing?
What URL did you download from? Did you get at it from the jsoftware site? My suggestion would be to move to 807 (and j64 if you can) and let us know if this happens again.
