[Jprogramming] Where is the source of libjsqlite3?

Hi:
I would like to upgrade to use Sqlite 3.25, which features window functions. 
The data/sqlite addon requires libjsqlite3.so, so it seems that I'd need to 
recompile it use the new Sqlite version.
Is the code available?
