Hypothetically speaking, each itunes app store app has a url which starts out something like this: itms://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/idxxxx... I think to get it, you have to go to the developer dashboard on the itunes account that deployed the app. Also, to follow the link, I think you have to be on a device that supports installing that particular app. But, at least hypothetically speaking, a paragraph in the J wiki for installing on iFoo devices might be made to work.
