Rehearsing can help, but don’t let perfection be the enemy of the good. One other thing you might look at is increasing the font size a little. On my iPad it is on the edge of legible ( it is legible but only just)
Just my 2 cents, as it really is a good video and you cover a lot of ground in 13 minutes.
