It would also be nice if we had a process for dealing with pull requests on github. They do not have to be automatically accepted (unlike the wiki) -- the pull request implementation on github also offers a focused "forum" for asking questions and mentioning unhandled issues. For example, consider https://github.com/jsoftware/general_misc/pull/1 That thing has been sitting there for a few weeks now. I had mentioned it in an aside, previously -- http://www.jsoftware.com/pipermail/programming/2019-August/053861.html -- but obviously that's not good enough. If the community could cope with pull requests, we might be able to adequately (and safely) update https://github.com/jsoftware/docs_help (and, if I understand right, eventually: the website copy of the dictionary) as well as deal with the broader range of issues touched on in the wiki?
