Did you read the task description, at the top of the page? (Also, the rosettacode site suffers periodic denial of service attacks, though it's not apparent which of the billions of people in the world is foolish enough to be wanting to do that... Anyways, it should clear up after a while, one way or another. Sustained attacks tend to attract countermeasures.
