Yes, everything is safe to use. The message (which obviously I didn't
mean to send to the Forum) was about a bug
name =: (verb adverb_locative_) verb noun
which messed up the execution of the adverb.
In my terminology, a verb is 'assignment-safe' if it is ok to execute
the verb in-place when used as
name1 =: [x] verb name1
"., some foreigns, and all explicit definitions are not assignment-safe,
nor is any compound containing an unsafe element.
