So far my investigation suggests it is related to the verb nd1 and its use
of the p. when its argument is empty (e.g. 0#0.95)
((3.3 133.1&p. % 1 4.2 6.8&p.)) 0#0.95

I get the same behaviour on Linux and Windows. But the sentence runs fine
on J8.07 (returns empty).
