It would be nice to have the jqt editor recognize when a file has been modified from another program and suggest to update the contents as soon as the user is back, I would then use vim more often. But, also, if I'm targeting a unix command line environment, I might be using vi+jconsole I have never used Kate+konsole for j programming.
