Devon: the "Die-Prompt-Die" was just the thing for me, both funny and
seriously chastising. It put me on the receiving end of what I used to
tell people who were learning APL but were addicted to loops. My problem
is thinking in sticks and stones in the J-age of lasers and scalpels.
And thanks for the lines of code. I am studying them.
Henry: thanks very much for the pointer to "immex". I had a look, and I
think it will be really useful.
