I was looking into using SLEEF as our math library, which looks like a 
winning plan.  The install page is pretty plain, and then I got to the 
bottom, where it mentions that CMake, which is the builder that SLEEF 
uses under Visual Studio (it's pretty standard - RocksDB uses it too), 
can automatically fetch the SLEEF code from GitHub when you build.  How 
cool is that?

There seem to be different instructions for building the various 
packages.  That sounds like it's up your street.

Can you get SLEEF built & available?  If you do, I will integrate it 
into the JE.
