The addon 'math/uu' handles SI Units ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_System_of_Units)
This is an international standard scientific notation and does not conform to J syntax. Mario C is reporting a bug that I can reproduce. I shall fix it in the next few days. It is allied to a bug first reported on 4 May 2020 and fixed on 6 May. But not nearly well enough.
