You have also added support to my own skepticism about the advisability of handing off a large amount of my data to a nebulous entity. I guess this makes me a conservative in some sense: unwilling to trade existing evils for new ones. My daughter gifted my wife and I a cloud-based password service of which I see the advantages but am still leery of putting my data into other people's hands. It's a trade-off of security for convenience.
