I wouldn't object to your (or anyone else's) putting a box on the
Primitives page of NuVoc, pointing to the description.

It's syntax and not a primitive. NUVOC also doesn't have ' (starting a string
literal) or p (of 1p1) and such.
Even so, ctrl-F {{ on that page will take you to its link in the Ancillary
Pages section.
