JHS updated to support a node based https proxy server.

The node server framework is a widely used, commercial web server (
https://nodejs.org).

This allows support of JHS clients through https (secure) and with more
robust support of all the rough internet edges that JHS had trouble with.

This makes it easier and safer to access JHS running on your main machine
from any other device from your lan for remotely.

I enjoy using my iPad to access my desktop JHS system from my armchair or
from another office location. Newer iPad screen keyboards and other
features make for a pleasant experience.

It takes a bit of effort and time to set up. At least in my case, it was
well worth it.

It is still a bit rough and I need to know if there is enough interest to
warrant more effort.

Your feedback to general forum or me personally is welcome.

To try the JHS node proxy:
1. pacman update JHS
2. restart JHS to get latest version
   load'~addons/ide/jhs/node.ijs'
   node_jhs_'?' NB. basic docs
