J903-release-a is available in the zip installers at the Jsoftware web site.
Windows All-in-One, Debian, and apk installers will be available shortly. It has been a long and productive year of beta releases and we now have a stable 903 release! You can't just upgrade the JE as you did during the beta period. You need to do a full install. You can do this on top of your 903 beta folder, or perhaps rename it out of the way.
