I'm entirely fine with including the NN example in the Playground menu.
That's pretty much what I wrote it for, and I'm happy to contribute
something useful.

I have to say that much of the code clarity (at least much of the structure
and concept) also comes from having started from the book
http://neuralnetworksanddeeplearning.com/ by Michael Nielsen.

As a second thought, I don't know whether downloading a dataset from a
random github is bitrot-proof enough for the playground. Perhaps it would
be better to generate data in the demo itself... But on the other hand, it
could also wait until it actually is the case.
