Welcome to the very deep rabbit hole that is J.
In case you're referring to the JQt console/terminal, you can change colors
as you see fit in the file config/styles.cfg

open '~config/style.cfg'


opens it in the editor for you.

For JHS I have no clue since I barely use it.
