The current hard-wired OpenGL support on Windows/Linux/Mac doesn't support more 'complicated' features such as antialiasing. The J601 release will drop this old, closed OpenGL support and instead will provide open support based entirely on cd (dll call). This means that any OpenGL feature available to a C programmer will be available to you as a J programmer. The first appearance of this in the beta is probably still a few weeks away.

Subject: [Jprogramming] Anti-Aliasing in OpenGL

All,

I have a problem with turning anti-aliasing on in OpenGL.

I went trough all J demos just to find out that not even single one uses it.
Is J capable of turning it on? Has anyone used it?

If so, how do I activate it?

Thanks

Andy
