I like the idea of using cygwin, if possible.  Their setup program makes
life quite easy.  (Hmm.  What if J for Windows were served up through
cygwin setup with the server at JSoftware.com?  Probably not a good idea
because not all Windows J users will be cygwin users, but it was
attractive at first blush.)
