Yes, I second that opinion. Not a criticism of the content
or design, but it looks retched when output from my M$ Word
X for Mac... But John's suggestion should solve the problem.

Since the output format is crucial, I strongly suggest distributing is as
a pdf file with embedded fonts. MS Word is just too fragile for actually
distributing documents. I've just tried your file on a variety of
systems, and it's a crapshoot as to how it comes out. The good version
does look good, however.
