Skip Cave has once again kindly converted my Microsoft Word
files to pdf form & I have put them on the Wiki.

The J Reference Card has fixes for the errors reported to me,
and also a picture of hooks/forks and improved formatting in
an ugly spot in the middle of the front side.

I have no more room to add text, so I propose that the J Language
be frozen in its current state. ;-)

Skip's PDF version of J for C Programmers has indexing. Quoting
Skip:

1. The entire text is keyword-searchable. Just click on the "Search"
button in Acrobat reader (with the binocular icon) and you can find any
specific set of words.

2. The Table of Contents (page v) is hyper-linked to the appropriate
pages in the text. Just click on the line in the ToC, to jump to any
specific topic.

3. The right-hand bookmark pane has hyper-links to all major chapter and
sub-chapter headings. To see the bookmarks, just click on the bookmarks
tab on the right edge of the reader window. Sub-chapters can be exposed
by clicking on the + symbol on certain chapter headings. The bookmarks
pane has the advantage that it can remain visible at all times while
reading.
