Looks like the error was due to the space in the path. Oleg's latest
version fixes this error.

I have found that domain errors in cd are generally problems related to the dll
interface.  Running

cder''

will give more information about the error.  The documentation page D:\program
files\j\system\extras\help\user\cd_domain_error.htm shows how to decode the
results of cder.
