> How would you make this simple tool to align images in J? Otherwise: - create a form with one control: isigraph - load 2 images and keep them in 2 arrays: IMG1, IMG2 - in paint, use glpixels with results of composited: IMG1 and IMG2 with transparency T (0..1), e.g. in RGB componentwise: c = T*c1 + (1-T)*c2 - further using parameters dX and dY, IMG2 is shifted, with R it is rotated - finally hookup the parameters to keyboard To simplify visual alignment you may want to apply temporary edge filter.
It should be possible to interface with matlab. Alternatively, it could be used as reference or shortcut to implementation. For rotation, you can look at imrotate and interp2 functions. --- Björn Helgason <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I have heard that Matlab has a lot of tools to handle images > > The question if is such toolboxes from Matlab or other programming > environments could be combined with J? > > How would you make this simple tool to align images in J? > > I am beginning to look at Cliffs tools > > Looks interesting as I expected > __________________________________________________________________________________________ Check out the New Yahoo!
