There is a problem with printing boxes in J601, thanks for pointing it
out. The session box draw characters are (16+i.11) { a., and these need
to be translated to the correct unicode characters for printing, see
User Manual|Box Draw Characters.
Note this problem should be visible in both 1-up and 2-up printing, if
not using ascii boxes.
This will be fixed in J601b, which should be out in a few days.
