Aces within a two-dimensional table of scalarr will cause this, and I understand why. I can lop off the trailing axis by using ({. & >)"0, instead of just >"0; but I'm sure that you can show me more clever and instructive ways to do this. Also, is there a smart way to lop off a leading singleton dimension? Thanks. Sincerely, Leigh Leigh Joseph Halliwell, FCAS, MAAA Chief Manager L. J.
