I your code on my production data at work, and didn't get the expected results.
I can send you some sample files if you like, but
they're enormous. I don't know the specific case in which it fails (I only
know the results don't match, and that mine is
correct).
If your code can produce the same results as the following in all cases, it is
correct:
load 'strings'
fw2dl =: [: ; [: (dltb@:}: , {:)&.> e.&(10 9{a.) <;.2 ] NB. Assume
y ends with LF
Of course, it needs to be much, much faster and leaner on large datasets.
