I find that I often manage to define a noun (inside a verb) using
local assignment when I really need to do a global one. Is there any
way to write a function which I can use to force myself to do it the
way I want to - something like
myvar assign 1 2 3
whose effect would be myvar =: 1 2 3 ? Or does anyone have an
alternative suggestion to help me get it right?
