I think that would be nice.  I can perhaps generalize something out of
the script on the middle two columns of the second side of
http://facilitatedsystems.com/mcsimqrc.pdf.  It parses a data file that
can otherwise be read by Gnuplot.  I'm sure many of you can do a better
job than this.  For one thing, the "commands" in the third column are
not fun to retype (I do like Ctrl-D).  Sometimes I think it'd be nice if
I could type 

  (name n) & gd D

to get data from a variable named 'name' in experiment n.

PS: The curious can see more at

Dynamics for Cheapskates" has a bit of J (not as good as what's in the
quick reference card) to generate some graphs, and MCSim is the
simulator I used to create the data to generate these plots.
