I guess so.  However, a good use for a global trap is, for example,
to capture all relevant information from an unanticipated error of an
application
"in the field" so that the error can be reproduced.

I haven't used the 13!: family enough to know how feasible this is in J.
Can I turn on the debugger within my code?  I usually do it manually
in a graphic-enabled session.
