As far as I can see, the creation of a complete profile.ijs is the _least_
of the problems.  Sure, if you have a "main" script that does a lot of
load's, things can get hairy. It doesn't seem to make the
'make_self_extracting_exe' verb any more difficult since what works for 3
files can work for N.

Am I to understand that Inno Setup does what you need if you just specify
things in a file, so where I had a 3 item list of file names, Inno Setup
needs a 3-line file?  I'll assume a positive response and look into it.
